Functional Responsibilities
Design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain the missile test site network and network comm switches
Perform network security screening and encryption
Support the Wide Area Network and the Technical Support Network
Use COMSEC and ensure encryptors are keyed and perform properly
Design, install and maintain fiber optic systems, network switching, communication devices and equipment and detection systems
Notes:
This is not a telework position
You must hold a valid driver’s license
You must own a reliable motor vehicle
Minimum Education and Experience:
BS in Networking or Computer Science, two for one experience substitution in experience for degree
Two years of practical field experience in network operations, maintenance, and security
Required Skills and Certifications:
DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter
As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance
Other required skills/experience:
Your resume/cv accepted by our customer
Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point
Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and pro-actively in providing high quality services
