Functional Responsibilities

  • The candidate must be comfortable working with commercial off-the-shelf and custom hardware designs to achieve hardware requirements.

  • Responsibilities will require working within a team of engineers to test and troubleshoot proven Antenna (AESA) designs in a production environment.

  • Responsibilities include supporting hardware in production, hardware integration, test and validation, and documentation.

  • This opportunity is for a versatile RF/Microwave and Antenna engineer possessing a blend of theoretical analysis, practical application, and hands-on integration abilities.

  • The ability to troubleshoot RF/Microwave and Antenna (AESA) hardware and process issues down to RF and Antenna component levels is paramount.

  • Perform RF testing and, if necessary, tuning of parts at the Pre-Cap and Final RF test steps and maintaining documentation.

  • Equipment operation and maintenance per documented procedures.

  • Regularly review manufacturing specifications, department specific procedures

  • You must own a reliable motor vehicle

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • BS in an Engineering discipline and two years (2) experience

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter

  • As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance

Other required skills/experience:

  • Your resume/cv accepted by our customer

  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point

  • Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills

  • Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively in providing high quality services
